Finalmente è arrivato il Natale, tempo di luci, alberi decorati e pacchetti regalo. Ed io sono una bambina felice!

Anche se terribilmente in ritardo su quanto mi ero prefissata, ecco qualche consiglio last minute per i regali di natale. Ho sempre buone intenzioni ma, alla fine, io sono una pessima persona e mi riduco all'ultimo. Perdonatemi!

Although terribly late on what I was going to do, here are some last minute advice for Christmas gifts. I always have good intentions but, in the end, I am a very bad person, and I trail behind. Forgive me!

Come prima cosa vi suggerisco candele profumate... sono una droga e io ed Elena diventeremo povere ma felici e "profumose"!

Non sapete cosa regalare alla vostra dolce metà? Che sia una lei o un lui io vi consiglio sempre un classico: una sciarpa o una stola. Vi terrà al caldo e arricchirà il vostro look.

Per il prossimo suggerimento mi trovo a parlarvi di un mio grande amore, le penne stilografiche.

Perchè non tornare a scrivere di proprio pugno pensieri e parole per le persone per noi importanti?

Se ne possono trovare di ogni tipo. Se siete appassionati di vintage, mercatini, negozi di antiquariato e naturalmente eBay vi possono aiutare. Se il tempo stringe vi invito a visitare quei negozietti di penne che si trovano ancora in molte città. A Milano c'è il mio preferito, La Stilografica, da cui acquisto penne ed inchiostri fin da quando ho imparato a scrivere.

Da loro potrete trovarne per ogni tasca ed ogni gusto.

Se conoscete amanti e collezionisti di stilografiche, o semplicemente volete rendere il vostro regalo ancor più personale, scegliete un inchiostro colorato. il regalo sarà molto apprezzato, ve lo garantisco, non c'è cosa più bella per una persona fissata.

For the next suggestion, I'll show you one of my great loves: the fountain pens.

Why not to go back to hand writing your own thoughts and words for people who are important to you?

You can find literally any kind of fountain pen. On ebay or in vintage markets you can find the vintage ones, but if you don't have much time I invite you to visit those shops of pens that can still be found in many cities. In Milan there is my favorite shop, La Stilografica, where I bay my pens and ink ssince I learned to write.

If you have fountain pens enthusiasts and collectors among your friends, or simply if you want to make your gift special, you can also choose a coloured ink: it will be really appreciated, I promise.

Avete amici un po' stressati? Artisti mancati? Ancora un po' bambini nell'animo? Approfittatene!

Regalate loro un Couloring Book: ne trovate ormai tantissimi, sono adatti a tutte le passioni e a tutte le tasche, basta scegliere. Dove trovarli? Nelle migliori librerie e su Amazon, quindi un più che perfetto regalo last minute, ma certo non impersonale. Se volete esagerare potete aggiungere una scatola di matite colorate, di pennarelli oppure...passate al punto successivo.

Per quest'idea il tempo forse stringe un po' ma, confessiamolo, chi non prolunga lo scambio di doni di Natale anche dopo quella data?

I vostri amici sono appassionati di libri e serie tv? Regalate loro una sensazione ancor più reale durante la lettura del loro libro preferito o durante la loro serie tv, regalate una candela a tema, che rievochi i profumi e gli odori dei luoghi del loro immaginario.
