Un altro regalo per le amanti del vintage possono essere i love token, ovvero i pegni d'amore. Spesso si tratta di monete con un lato inciso con le iniziali della persona amata, il suo nome o frasi d'amore. Possono essere portati come ciondolo, appesi a catene e bracciali, mentre i gentiluomini li portavano come ornamento delle catene da orologi (quindi, se volete regalarli al vostro compagno, sappiate che possono essere usati ad esempio come portachiavi).

On ebay or in vintage markets you can find the vintage ones, but if you don't have much time I invite you to visit those shops of pens that can still be found in many cities. In Milan there is my favorite shop, La Stilografica, where I bay my pens and ink ssince I learned to write.

If you have fountain pens enthusiasts and collectors among your friends, or simply if you want to make your gift special, you can also choose a coloured ink: it will be really appreciated, I promise.
