Per la settimana della moda, il Comune di Milano ha organizzato a Palazzo Reale una piccola mostra dedicata al Bijoux dagli anni '50 fino ai giorni nostri: L'Arte del Bijoux.
300 pezzi di alta bigiotteria creati da grandi designer e da conosciutissimi nomi della moda come Versace, Ferrè, Moschino, Valentino, Armani e molti altri.
La mostra è gratuita, disposta su due sale. A mio avviso l'allestimento non è dei più felici: nonostante la suggestiva semioscurità in cui queste creazioni luccicano, riuscire ad osservarli come meritano e poterne leggere le targhette non è un compito dei più facili, soprattutto se le sale sono affollate di persone.
Le immagini qui sotto sono tutte "rubate" con il mio smartphone perché purtroppo non è possibile fotografare i gioielli e, non esiste nemmeno un piccolo catalogo da poter acquistare. Ecco perché mi scuso di non potervi mostrare di più ne darvi delle didascalie.
La mostra è visitabile e completamente gratuita dal 19 Febbraio al 2 Marzo quindi, se siete a Milano, vi consiglio vivamente di farci un salto e perdervi fra questi scintillanti capolavori.
For the fashion week, the City of Milan has organized a small exhibition at Palazzo Reale dedicated to Bijoux from the 50s to the present day: L'Arte del Bijoux.
300 pieces of high fashion jewelry created by great designers and well known fashion names like Versace, Ferre, Moschino, Valentino, Armani and many others.
The exhibition is free, and is placed into two halls. In my opinion, the set-up is not the best, despite the suggestive semi-darkness in which these creations shine, it's no easy to observe them as they deserve and read the tags is quite a problem, especially if the halls are crowded with people.
The images above are all "stolen" by me with my smartphone, because taking pictures of the jewelry is forbidden and there is no catalogue. That's why I apologize for the quality of the pics and especially for not being able to give the description for them.
The exhibition is open and completely free from February 19th to March 2nd so if you're in Milan I recommend you to go and see this glittering masterpieces.
